Covers everything in Foundation, and digs in further. Individual coaching sessions are run for each team member so that the shared language from the workshop is reinforced at a personal level. Each person will have the dedicated space to work through their own contributions and blockers. This engagement closes with a team regroup and clear forward commitments.
Transform
For: Organisations where the return on investment needs to be visible at a board or executive level.
Covers everything in Accelerate, with ongoing reporting. This program adds a mid-point team session, a structured 360-style pulse survey, a written executive summary, and a 90-day check-in. There is the same focus on developing a team foundation and shared goals, with evidence of all progress formalised.
